Therapeutic Massage
We will have a new in-house massage therapist working out of our clinic this spring, more info to come so check back.
In the meantime, we have many wonderful and talented massage therapists to refer you to, depending on the type of work you are interested in. Call us for a referral to someone who specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, Thai massage, sport's massage, cranial-sacral work, Structural Integration (Rolfing), and more.
Yoga Instruction with Elliot Silver
Elliot's instruction emphasizes proper alignment in form, breath and self-observation within practice. He specializes in hands-on adjustments and use of props to support and soften effort in practice. He is an attentive teacher who seeks to give an authentic Yoga experience.
Elliot is a graduate of Tias Little's Teacher Training Level 1, 2 and 3 and is working toward the advanced 500-hour certification. He is also a Certified Massage Therapist.
